Many organisations are investing in AI but struggle to realise its full benefits. Challenges relating to governance, assurance, risk management, compliance and adoption can prevent AI initiatives from delivering their intended outcomes.
The AI Governance & Assurance Practitioner Programme helps organisations address these challenges by developing the capabilities required to govern, assure and implement AI safely, effectively and responsibly. Participants work through a shared programme use case and apply their learning to an AI use case from their own organisation, enabling them to translate learning into practical outcomes that can be adapted and applied in the workplace.

Throughout the programme participants will

- Receive personalised feedback through a dedicated one-to-one review session.

Programme Structure
The programme is delivered over ten weeks through a combination of in-person workshops, online learning and a dedicated one-to-one review session
Module 1: Foundations of AI and Data
Develop a foundational understanding of human intelligence, artificial intelligence and data, including the opportunities, risks and impacts associated with AI.
Module 2: Ethical and Responsible AI
Explore ethical principles, responsible AI practices, privacy considerations and approaches for developing safe, ethical and trustworthy AI systems.
Module 3: AI Governance
Learn how to establish effective governance for AI systems to support safe, reliable and responsible adoption.
Module 4: AI Assurance, Risk Management and Compliance
Learn how to assure AI systems, manage AI-related risks and support compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements
Module 5: Practical Implementation of AI Governance and Assurance
Apply learning through a practical implementation workshop using the FeAI AI Ambient Scribe Tool and FeAI Governance & Assurance Platform
